Amazon offers $50 off Kindle Fire HD 8.9 models to students

Amazon is offering $50 off its Kindle Fire HD 8.9 to students all month long. Students must be Amazon Student Members with an active Prime account (free six-months or $39/year). However, Amazon is allowing students who aren’t Prime members to sign up today and take advantage of the deal. To sign up for an Amazon Student member, all students need is their.edu email address.

The Kindle Fire HD 8.9 WiFi-only model comes in 16GB and 32GB sizes, and the 4G LTE version comes in 32GB or 64GB.
