Prolimatech Megahalems Basic CPU Coolers

Prolimatech Megahalems unveiled a new cost-effective variants, under the Megahalems Basic line. The Megahalems Basic-81 maintains the same dimensions as the original, with the same number of fins, except the 81 aluminum fins are replaced by stainless steel ones. The heat pipes and base are still made of copper. The Basic-81 is priced at just $32.

The Basic-45, a compact aluminum fin tower heatsink that uses 45 fins  and two 6 mm-thick copper heat pipes, and a copper base. The cooler ships without a fan, users will have to add a fan. It’s priced at $14. The Basic-48 has not yet been released, features 48 aluminum fins, three nickel-plated copper heat pipes and is a little larger that the Basic 45.
