Samsung Galaxy S III mini

On October 11, 2012 Samsung release a mini version of the most popular Smartphone of the year the Samsung Galaxy S3. The Galaxy S3 mini offers an easier hold and slightly more affordable version of the Galaxy S3. Samsung’s head of communications JK Shin said “The GALAXY S III introduced a new concept of Smartphone that has proven hugely popular around the world. We’re now delighted to bring its revolutionary design, intuitive usability and intelligence to the GALAXY S III mini in a more compact form.” Samsung has yet to release a carrier or pricing info for the Mini in the US market, but we have the full list of specs and pictures. 

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini shares the same name and design as Samsung Galaxy S3, however that is all the two have in common. The Galaxy S3 Mini sports 4-inch, 480 x 800 display Super AMOLED display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, front-facing VGA snapper, NFC, microSD card slot and a 1,500mAh battery.
